Atlantica has been operating for over 30 years in strategic IT consulting, establishing itself over the years as a leader in the design, construction and management of IT infrastructure and backup. In April 2018, through its subsidiary Atlantica Digital, it acquires the business branch "Ericsson Industry & Society IT Business" from the Ericsson Telecomunicazioni group, significantly expanding its portfolio of offerings and customers. To date, Atlantica Digital has a staff of around 400 IT specialists, with offices in Rome, Milan and Naples, a 2018 turnover that has reached € 57 million and more than 25 primary customers between public and private. Smart Metering solutions represent the heart of Atlantica's offer to Utility, and are one of the company's distinctive features. The company holds a leading position in Italy, with approximately 13 million meters managed, and in Europe with 11.5 million meters in the gas sector (MS 65%). Our MIM (Metering Infrastructure Manager) platform, adopted by 15 customers, responds to the need of the Utility market to have a cutting-edge, flexible and integrated Telemetry and Remote management system, in line with current legislation and open to developments of the market.
