February 2016: ATM was awarded the Interjet Airline contract. Providing passenger services at check-in counter, flight information desk, arrival / transit hall and boarding gate conducting travel document checking, seat assignment, data entry, queue management and excess baggage collection. May 2012: ATM was awarded the Virgin Australia Lounge contract. ATM is responsible for staffing, training, quality control, inventory control, menu planning, maintenance, janitorial, and security for this lounge. Jan 2010: ATM was awarded the contract to provide supplies, food and beverage to Alaska Airlines Lounge. Feb 2009: ATM was awarded the contract to provide food, beverage and supplies to Air France Lounge. ATM is involved in quarterly selections of premium cheeses, chocolates, liquors and wines. ATM works closely with renowned sommeliers and vineyards to cater to the tastes of Air France customers. Dec 2008: ATM created and operates the reLAX Lounge, the first pay-to-use lounge open to the public and all travelers at Los Angeles International Terminal. ATM actively participates in the development and marketing for the reLAX lounge. Jan 2008: ATM was awarded the SkyTeam Lounge contract. ATM staffs customer service agents, food handlers and housekeeping. In addition to staffing, ATM is contracted to supply food, beverage and janitorial supplies. Nov 2007: ATM was awarded the One World Lounge contract to provide passenger care and Concierge services to their passengers. Aug 2007: ATM was awarded the Los Angeles International Lounge contract which was created for the non-alliance airlines. ATM is responsible for staffing, training, quality control, inventory control, menu planning, maintenance, janitorial, and security of this lounge. May 2004: ATM was awarded the Interim First and Business Class Lounge contract. ATM managed and operated the 24 hour lounge for the 35 international airlines.
