Atrapalo

At the Atrapalo ticketing office we have dedicated several of our resources exclusively to try and solve all you possible questions with regards to the event. Star Point Productions, the producers, told us at 16:00 on Friday the 10th that the show was cancelled. Our ticketing department sent out all possible notifications out to our clients via SMS to all those of you who had detailed their mobile phones at the booking process. The rest were sent emails as we had no other way of contacting them. The cancelation of the show was as much a surprise for all those attending the DJ Tiësto show, as it was for us, as we are an intermediary in the sale of the tickets to this event. We had sent three of our workers to Pamplona to look after our clients. We are extremely sorry for all the inconveniences this cancelation will have undoubtedly caused you. Please do let us know any questions you might have with regards to this event. We want to make sure you understand we are not the event organizers and therefore we are not responsible for the cancelation. Having said that, we are working on the best course of action in order to fully refund the tickets to all of those who bought their tickets through us. We are working hard in order to try and send you an email that will outline the necessary steps in order to refund your tickets.
