Attric

Attric is the leading consulting and services company specialising in the development, management and delivery of technical information, procedural documentation, asset / maintenance management and engineering support services. The company was founded as White Rose Photo Litho Co. Ltd in 1963 as a typesetting and printing plate manufacturer. It quickly expanded its services to include Technical Publications, producing technical manuals and graphics for many of the conventional and nuclear power stations owned by the Central Electricity Generating Board (CEGB). Throughout the 1970's and 1980's the company expanded its technical services to support the new gas fields of the southern North Sea and the chemical industries based on the Humber Estuary. The technical services to the Oil & Gas, Power and Utilities industries quickly became the mainstay of the company with the original printing services being phased out and resulting in a name change to White Rose Technical Productions Ltd. During the 1990's the company consolidated it services to what we have today; Technical Publications, Document & Records Management, Electronic Document Management, Asset / Maintenance Management and Engineering Support & Draughting. During this period the continued growth in both the UK and overseas markets led to the decision to implement a more unique brand, as a result the 'Attric' name was introduced. In October 2012 the company was wholly acquired by Foster Wheeler Limited, thereby adding key services to their Upstream portfolio both in the UK and overseas. AMEC plc and Foster Wheeler AG combined in November 2014 to create Amec Foster Wheeler plc, the new company designs, delivers and maintains strategic and complex infrastructure assets across a range of markets. It has a strong presence across the onshore and offshore oil & gas value chain - from production, through processing, gas monetisation, midstream, oil refining and chemicals. Attric forms part of the Capital Projects & Asset Management business unit. With over 50 years of service to industry the company looks forward with confidence to be the supplier of choice for outsourced support services in our field of expertise. Who's using Attric?
