After deciding to make a career change in late 2001 Scott decided it was time to begin training with the National Wood Flooring Association. It was a great fundamental first step that has resulted in years of continuously advancing knowledge through training and networking with master craftsmen. We invest annually in advancing our training and regularly serve on technical committees for the NWFA.
