Audrain County Title

Audrain County Title owns and maintains a complete title plant, the only such plant in the County. The plant records consist of all real estate recordings from 1837 to the present date, indexed geographically; copies of all recorded subdivision plats, indexed geographically and by subdivision name; a computer index of all Probate and Circuit Court Cases dating from 1973 and have access to Federal and State tax liens, access to all Audrain County real estate tax records, and full set of aerial photographs for Audrain County. Information contained within the plant is invaluable, giving the Company an advantage of both speed and accuracy. Also, many do not have its good fortune, that of having the guidance of the past to help it not only to survive but to grow. Audrain County Title is an active member of the Missouri Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association, the Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce, the Mexico Village Square Association, and is an affiliate member of the Heart of Missouri Board of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
