The organisation has trained or supported the training of over 30,000 aviation personnel for more than 150 customers, both civil and military and is the largest initial maintenance engineering and flight attendant training provider in the Southern Hemisphere. It is also the only training organisation in Australia that provides students with engineering qualifications, recognised by both the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and the European Aviation Safety Agency.
