Aviation Australia
Aviation Australia has provided significant support to the industry since its establishment and has played a key role in the growth of Queensland as one of the Asia-Pacific's strongest aviation and aerospace hubs. The organisation has trained or supported the training of over 30,000 aviation personnel for more than 150 customers, both civil and military and is the largest initial maintenance engineering and flight attendant training provider in the Southern Hemisphere. It is also the only training organisation in Australia that provides students with engineering qualifications, recognised by both the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and the European Aviation Safety Agency. Aviation Australia's innovative approach to training is to create a learning environment based on practical real world problems for its students, staff and partners. The company's teaching and learning programs are underpinned by simulated real life scenarios providing student's access to state-of-the-art training aides and operational aircraft ensuring that their theory studies are industry relevant and up to date. Underpinning the success of Aviation Australia's training program is a dedicated employment services team who work with graduates to secure employment opportunities in the aviation and aerospace industries.
