The mall aims to serve and give convenience to the residents of Avida communities along Molino-Paliparan Road and the surrounding developments. According to Tess Tatco, Marketing Manager of Avida Land Corp., the construction of the community center is consistent with Ayala Land's thrust of building sustainable communities in all its developments. Ayala Land is Avida's mother company. "We are not only creating residential properties but entire communities that are designed for sustainable living. This means building communities that are environmentally friendly, and developments that provide a complete lifestyle that offers security, convenience, privacy, recreation and wellness." "The convenience of living close to a mall that provides all of our basic shopping necessities, as well as opportunities for recreation and leisure, is something that we all appreciate. This removes so much of the stress that we may experience in our daily lives. This is an aspect of sustainable living that Avida Land aims to offer," said Tatco. Tatco added that the construction of the mall began last July 2012 and is scheduled to be finished by last quarter of 2013. The two-level commercial center will have a supermarket to address basic shopping needs, and will be complemented with an array of fashion and dining establishments. The mall is designed to have a combination of al-fresco and air-conditioned areas. An Activity Center will also be made available for shows and activities that will entertain the Cavite market. Ample parking space will surround the entire property, while a terminal will also be in place for the commuting public.
