Avnon Enterprises was founded in 1990 by Entrepreneur Tomer Avnon, who made it his mission to always pursue new business opportunities and find new innovations around the globe. The first company founded under Avnon Enterprises name was TAR Ideal Concepts. The company was founded in 1990 and is now known around the world as one of the leading Security, HLS & Defense contracting companies. TAR Ideal Concepts is also the only One Stop Shop in the world for the defense industry, a fact that makes the company unique in the global market. Following the TAR Ideal Concepts success Avnon Enterprises decided to form ISDEF - Israel Defence in 2003. ISDEF started as the sole trade-show in Israel and has proved so successful that it inspired others from the industry to follow and form more exhibitions in Israel. ISDEF is now the biggest Defence & HLS Exhibition in Israel, and acts as a platform for foreign companies to enter the Israeli market and form alliances, joint ventures and industrial co-operations that help fulfill the demands of end users in Israel & abroad.
