The service department at Afghan World Technologies focuses on providing excellent customer service by investing in an efficient team to achieve customer satisfaction across all maintenance and training requirements for Security equipment system. Our service department provides maintenance contracts for all Security equipment systems under one contract, and due to our extensive customer base we are able to offer complete coverage and support throughout the of the Afghanistan. Coordinated through our dedicated customer service helpdesk, we offer a full range of services, from remote management, telephone and email support provided by our technical support team, to site visits for preventive and reactive maintenance by our field service teams. All of this is overseen by senior engineers to ensure high quality of service. We can also draw on the experience from our in-house projects, installation and design teams if further expertise is required. No matter what type of equipment or Security equipment systems, they all have different requirements where maintenance is concerned. Our technical and support teams have a broad experience across a range of systems and brands as well as specialist and DPS certified engineers and technicians. We have expertise and different pricing options that are suitable for different off-service calls, such as access control systems, hardware repair X-Ray Baggage Scanners for CCTV cameras, or annual maintenance contracts.
