Axelspace

Axelspace is a Tokyo-based startup, providing total solutions by designing, building and operating microsatellites to deliver data utilization service. Since its establishment in 2008, the company has developed and operated five microsatellites, including private satellites for Weathernews Inc. to monitor ice distribution in the Arctic Ocean for vessels sailing there, and the technology demonstration satellite for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
