AX Investments

AX Investments p.l.c., which was formed on 17 January 2001 with the name Verdala Finance p.l.c., is a public limited liability company domiciled in Malta, registerd in terms of the Companies Act with Company Registration number C 27586. The principal object of the company is to carry on the business of a finance and investment company within the AX Group, in particular the financing of the funding requirements of specific projects being undertaken by members of the AX Group. The company does not itself carry on any trading activities apart from the raising of capital and the advancing thereof to members of the AX Group as and when the demands of their business or the demands of a particular project so require. Accordingly, the company is economically dependant on AX Holdings Limited. An object ancillary to this primary purpose of the Company is the taking on lease, exchange or acquisition of movable or immovable property.
