Since then Azoft has made hundreds of enhancements at our request and keeps the application running 24/7. Azoft is very easy to work with and explicitly follows our users requirements with good page and work flow design. That is extremely important since the individuals that use the system are not experienced and the program must be easy, intuitive and have sufficient validations and aids to avoid errors. Our clients are demanding and when they request new features they want the feature installed as soon as possible. Azoft typically installs the new feature within days and some of the enhancements can be quite sophisticated. Their time estimates are accurate and deadlines are always met. We have a relationship for 4 years and have been most pleased.
