As you may know, Thailand is renowned for its legendary hospitality, and at Baan Tebpitak we are pleased to extend a very warm welcome to all our valued guests. Everyone who is 12 years old or older are very welcome. Our staff will be happy to assist you with all your needs, whether you require help booking bus tickets or want to rent a motorbike to get to know the local area better. We go the extra mile without exception, and hundreds of positive reviews received on travel sites like TripAdvisor by our sister guest house "Promtong Mansion" are evidence of our commitment to delivering impeccable service. Our guest house has been up and running since 2009 under the name of Promtong Mansion, a 15-room bed and breakfast that was awarded the 2015 TripAdvisor "Certificate of Excellence". In 2012 we opened Baan Tebpitak to offer even more amenities to our guests. Both guest houses are under Local Thai management (used to stay in England for 10+years). This means that we can provide you with local tips and insider's advice throughout your stay in Ayutthaya. Our staff can help with comprehensive information on the local sights as well as on other popular destinations in Thailand, including Chiang Mai, Kanchanaburi, Bangkok, Sukothai, and others. We understand that travelling in foreign country can be a bit disorienting at times, so we make every effort to help you feel comfortable.
