Baby Birds are happy to offer refunds if goods are returned in the condition they were received, within 14 days - although the return carriage is payable by our customers. Baby Birds is happy to arrange collection & deduct the carriage cost from your refund. We offer a 6 month warranty on all our products. Baby Birds arrange the first collection free of charge. If you miss the collection there is a charge of £3.50 per collection missed so please provide a suitable time & location.
