In several technical areas, advanced placement articulation agreements exist with community colleges for students who have achieved skill competency in related ROP courses. These courses have been identified in the schedule for your planning purposes. The Baldy View Regional Occupational Program is a California public school agency that provides career preparation programs and services. It was established in November of 1972 as a result of a Joint Powers Agreement between the Chaffey Joint Union High School, Chino Valley Unified, Claremont Unified, and Upland Unified School Districts. Baldy View ROP is part of a statewide network of 73 Regional Occupational Centers and Programs which began to develop in 1967. Statewide, more than 450,000 students enroll in ROP courses to better prepare themselves for the world of work and advanced training.
