At Bansko Property, we focus our efforts on sourcing and supplying the best deals on the best properties in the Bansko area. We opened our doors a mere three years ago and we are proud to have sold a great many properties to some very happy customers. We have also staged a number of property exhibitions promoting Bansko and Bulgaria in general. Bansko is a truly stunning area of Europe - part of the Razlog Valley which is encircled by the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope mountain ranges. As the most popular ski resort across the whole of the Balkans, the town has a very relaxed and upbeat atmosphere. There is an incredible range of Winter and Summer activities on offer and Bansko is now also the Summer festival capital of the Balkans with the staging of events throughout the Summer including music, film and craft. The neighbouring towns of Banya and Dobrinishte feature hot, natural mineral water springs, which are a big attraction for many people. Tourism to Bansko is on a very visible increase. 2017 saw the highest number of visitors to Bansko than we have ever seen before. Winter tourism is also on the increase and there is a high probability that a 2nd cabin lift will start construction in 2018. There are hundreds of cafes and restaurants to choose from during the season from small bakeries to 'Mehanas' (taverns) to 5* hotel restaurants.
