Banter

We believe that the future of work is distributed and asynchronous and were building tools to enable culture in that future. Our first product is Banter bot, a chat bot that sparks spontaneous group conversations with ice breakers that develop trust, sharing, and friendship in remote teams. Ive worked at a bunch of high growth startups in the last 10 years. As teams moved remote, I noticed that culture took a big hit, the opportunities for teams to bond just werent there anymore. A lot of my work relationships were forged in the everyday, chatting about random stuff (is on acceptable?) at the proverbial and literal watercooler.
