Barlow Andrews is an eight-partner firm of Chartered Accountants operating out of two offices, Bolton and Darwen. Established for over 80 years, the firm is justly regarded as one of North Manchester's and Lancashire's leading independent firms, having strong links with local banks, solicitors and other professionals.
