Bar Nine was founded by two friends that thought they could create something different. Zayde is a lifelong coffee professional with a background in retail, the arts, and events. Bar Nine is the culmination of his thoughts on where coffee service should be going, and also a starting point in many ways to bigger, industry-changing ideas.
