Barrett & Stokely Inc. was founded in 1975 and has been engaged in the acquisition, ownership, management, and disposition of income producing properties for over forty years. We have managed over 130 properties including 15,000 multi-family units and 2,500,000 square feet of office and retail space in Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, Kansas, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan and Georgia. We currently manage over 13,000 multi-family homes including suburban garden, urban high-rise, student, and Section 42 properties. The Barrett & Stokely senior management team averages more than 20 years of experience. We make strides every day to provide exciting, fulfilling and stable work environments for more than 300 employees in management operations. Our recently initiated wellness program includes access to smoking cessation classes, corporate sponsored wellness events and free health screenings. Along with Barrett & Stokely's community involvement, each property prides itself on its involvement by participating in and hosting events and charitable drives for its residents and neighbors.
