Barridoff Galleries quickly became known nationwide and beyond in the auction world as a leader in fine art sales and was the first auction house in Maine to specialize exclusively in the auctioning of fine art. This allowed Barridoff Galleries to be more selective and put on the highest quality auction possible, selling to galleries, collectors and institutions worldwide. Barridoff Galleries has been featured on major networks such as NBC, CBS, and PBS. Barridoff auctions feature Old Master, American, European, Russian, Asian, Modernist, and contemporary works, with works by Maine artists, locations and themes a specialty. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional auction experience at our facility at 312 Gannett Drive in South Portland, Maine. We do our best to make both the buying and selling process as easy as possible for our clients. We currently host two live fine art auctions a year as well as a variety of discovery, online, estate and special auctions in between.
