Barry Estates, Inc., a family owned residential real estate company, was established in 1990 by Daniel and Catherine Barry. Prior to forming their own company, they worked in residential sales for another company in Rancho Santa Fe for five years. The Barrys ranked number 1, and 2 for sales volume in their last year at that company for the Western United States. In addition to having specialized in the Rancho Santa Fe market since 1985, their knowledge of the area is very comprehensive as a result of having lived in Rancho Santa Fe since 1977 as well as having had their three children attend the area schools.
