Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. (BOP) jest polską spółką joint venture, która specjalizuje się w produkcji poliolefin.Została utworzona w 2003 roku przez Basell Europe Holdings B.V. (obecnie: LyondellBasell Industries Holdings B.V.) i PKN ORLEN SA. Spółka należy do Grupy LyondellBasell (zwana dalej również LyondellBasell) i Grupy ORLEN. Każdy z partnerów posiada 50 procent udziałów. BOP jest jedynym producentem poliolefin w Polsce i największym krajowym wytwórcą tworzyw sztucznych. BOP posiada w pełni od siebie zależną spółkę handlową – Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. (BOPS), która oferuje polskim przetwórcom poliolefin produkty z portfolio LyondellBasell wytworzone w trzech płockich fabrykach oraz poliolefiny wyprodukowane poza Polską.
