BatesMasi + Architects has it roots in the East End of Long Island for 40 + years while building in various places throughout the east coast and Caribbean. Sites, clients, programs, employees and partners all change but the desire and ability to respond to each individual design problem with an appropriate and equally unique design solution has been the core of this firms philosophy. Our projects range from rural, suburb and urban residential homes to schools, offices, retail spaces, storefronts and furniture.
