Michael Baumer

Michael Baumer has practiced bankruptcy law nearly exclusively for over 25 years. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1984, and has been board certified in both consumer and business bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1998, one of the few attorneys in Austin to have both certifications. In addition, he has served five terms as president of the Austin Bankruptcy Bar Association and has served on its board for over 15 years, has served on the local rules committee, and is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy related topics.
