Our human resource team, headed by Mr. Otis Lawson, hires less than 5% of all applicants that apply to the firm for employment. Our customers take solace in the fact that we protect their interests by screening so diligently. While we will manage the entire process and lift the burden from our customers, we will allow our clients to be involved in the process of final selection of officers. Frequently, the final step in the hiring process is a final interview between the officer and the customer representative.
