For the last twelve years, bdht has operated as the biggest provider of affordable housing in Bromsgrove. We employ over 130 people and contribute massively to the local economy. We are a not-for-profit organisation and therefore, every penny that we make gets re-invested back into the communities we serve. We are proud of providing excellent customer satisfaction, which currently stands at 92%. This has been achieved through listening to you and your needs and working hard to adapt to them. We are also an excellent employer, being placed in the top five of the Sunday Times Best Companies Award for the last three years, and this year being ranked 7th in Great Places to Work.
