Beau Jo's pizza is legendary among Colorado outdoor enthusiasts. The original pizza restaurant, located in Idaho Springs, Colorado has been the apres ski hangout since it opened in 1973. Today you can find one of our legendary restaurants in Idaho Springs, Denver, Boulder, Ft. Collins, Arvada and Evergreen, Colorado. In harmony with the environment, we are a Colorado company that utilizes both wind source and solar power in our Denver, Boulder, Arvada, Ft. Collins and Idaho Springs restaurants. We are committed to being a part of our community, especially where we can support non-profit fundraising efforts.
