Our project management and construction inspection staff is comprised of licensed building inspectors, mechanical inspectors, certified building plan examiners, registered roof observers, registered exterior wall observers, Concrete Surface Repair Technicians, and reserve specialists certified by the Community Association Institute. Our firm is certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE). Our team of engineers is experienced in all facets of building engineering for every type of building. We have extensive experience with Property Condition Assessments of existing buildings supporting real estate and leasing transactions, tenant improvements, forensic engineering services supporting the insurance industry, and experienced expert witnesses supporting the legal profession with construction defect litigation.
