Belmont Green is a team of experienced mortgage professionals who have come together to create a new challenger brand mortgage lender which will distribute its products exclusively via intermediaries. Our aim is to build a successful, sustainable and responsible lending business by understanding, respecting and responding to the needs of all our stakeholders, helping our customers by providing well-researched and well-designed products and services to meet their needs. We are exploring various market opportunities, looking to build a proposition that challenges the status quo. We are based in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey, and are recruiting a team to build a new wholesale-funded lending business which will work closely with intermediary partners. We are currently undertaking extensive research amongst intermediaries and customers to identify the product and service requirements of key segments of the UK mortgage market.
