BEL-O has been a family owned and operated company since we opened our doors in 1959, then called Belleville O'Fallon Heating & Cooling Inc., located off North Lincoln in O'Fallon. Brothers Leo and Paul Lugge learned the value of hard work and commitment at an early age. These values have been passed on to the second and now third generation holding true to the "founding fathers" ideals. Pride is a word that all of us take very seriously.
