Belrick Corporation is a progressive CNC and manual machining components manufacturer, located in Swoyersville, PA near Wilkes-Barre. Our modern 26,000 square foot manufacturing facility features the latest systems for machining and assembling diverse varieties of parts. We routinely produce parts from quantities of one piece to tens of thousands of parts. Our CNC & manual machines work in tandem to allow Belrick to cover a broad spectrum of capabilities. Belrick's CNC horizontal machining centers allow us the flexibility to routinely machine multiple surfaces, on multiple pallets. Our newest machining centers have through the spindle coolant, allowing us to utilize low or high-pressure coolant systems. Several machines have full fourth-axis contour milling capability. Belrick utilizes two and four axis CNC turning centers with the capacity to turn up forty inches in diameter. Several of our lathes feature glass scales, for consistent positioning and greater accuracy. Belrick manufactures tooling for many customers in the metal working industry, including fixturing for our own CNC section. Tooling ranges from dies and holding fixtures to cutting tools for common and specialized applications. Belrick has served industries such as pump manufacturers, rail transportation, hydroelectric power generation, nuclear and biomedical manufacturers. Belrick works together with foundries and forging houses throughout the Northeast in helping them to provide finish machined and completed products to their customers.
