Benga Autologistics provides to the potentila customers all range of road transport for vehicles including: The transport from the plant to the storage platform in Romania; The transport from the storage platform of the company to the network dealers for Romania; Transports between different dealers' location in Romania, upon producer's direct request; Transports either from the storage platform or from national dealers' location to other international locations in Europe upon producers' direct request; Urgent transports between different locations on resolute order; Transport and assistance of the vehicles to the showrooms, launching events and other promoting activities; The entire transport activity is performed on transport orders that are recieved from either the producers or national dealers and advised by the producers. The activity is monitored and managed by the informatic data administration system, which makes the company capable of monitoring online and continuously the status of vehicles during the transport and assess the real delivery time and compares it with the delivery time agreed with the producer. The transport of vehicles activity is performed by a professional team which includes trained staff and a transport infrastructure of new trucks and trailers designed and prepared for this type of activity. Taking into account the principle that no destination is far away, Benga Autologistics can perfom any transport planning knowing that the most important item in this situation is the delivery time. The informatic data administration system was designed to monitor the delivery time agreed with the client, the figures can be presented online and available for the client. Benga Autologistics know that the potential clients do have certain priorities in what concerns the deliveries, which affect their activity; in thisway the company is capable to provide certain urgent transports for specific situations. Furthermore there exists a team to analyse the clients' requests offerring feedback and planning the itineraries and the means of transport. The quality and fulfillment of clients' requests are the guidelines for the transport activity performed by Benga Autologistics,and the key performance indicators assess: fulfillment of delivery deadlines agreed with the producer; low percentage of damages during the transport. These figures can be defined and identified accordign to producer's request and they can be introduced in the informatic administration system in order to issue different reports. The team involved in transport activity can be trained in accordance with the producer's quality standards, our company being able to provide the necessary infrastructure and the assessment and monitoring process of the individual performance for each employee by means of a training centre available at HQ.
