Bergman & Jacobs was founded in 1979 by Richard H. Bergman and Mark A. Jacobs. Our office is located in historic downtown Hollywood, Florida. We are a boutique law firm advising our clients on legal matters involving commercial and business litigation, corporate and real estate transactional issues, family law, wills and estates, and personal injury. Our clients range from the "moms and pops" and start up businesses, to local and national banks, residential and commercial developers, trust companies, and hedge funds. Bergman & Jacobs is a true family operation. Our founding partners have welcomed Harrison T. Bergman and Kevin Z. Jacobs into the firm as associates. From generation to generation, our attorneys have represented the firm's clients as if they were members of the family. We have a hands on approach when communicating with our clients.
