Bertoia

A native of the Atlanta area, Cindy Bertoia’s path to design has been as diverse as her interests. She has enjoyed a successful career in information technology, including management of web designers and project management. Since completing her interior design education, including a BFA (Interior Design) and MID (Masters, Interior Design), she is focusing her technical expertise on designing spaces that are supported by Evidence Based Design and Universal Design principles. Cindy has served as an adjunct professor, and is currently pursuing her MFA in Interior Design. She is co-author of a paper published for presentation at the 2011 Interior Design Educators Council (IDEC) South Regional Conference. “I am driven by a strong desire to provide design solutions that meet both aesthetic and long-term functional needs – solutions that are based in research with proven outcomes. My goal is to serve others through the design of interiors that enhance and embrace their abilities.�
