Barnett Engineering & Signaling Laboratories LLC (BESL), founded in August of 2006 by present CEO, Jeffery L. Barnett and partner, Pamela J. Barnett, has maintained stable growth and solid leadership since its founding. As a veteran owned and operated small business technology firm, BESL provides key, specialized intelligence, technical, engineering, and acquisition support services to a wide range of government customers. As a geographically diverse company, employees are based in four states: Fort Walton Beach, Florida; Dayton, Ohio; San Antonio, Texas; and Colorado Springs, Colorado. However, fully supporting our customer's missions takes BESL worldwide as each division or sector location supports a variety of DoD programs and mission areas.
