Better Minds at Work was founded by Pia Buysse and Elke Geraerts; soon after, several others joined their team. As Better Minds at Work is growing rapidly in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are looking for: Freelance team members, who have an experience in training or coaching and who have an entrepreneurial mind. We are looking for: trainers who can give sessions on burn-out prevention for our client companies. coaches who can assist individuals who are tackling their symptoms of stress in a proactive way, or who are recovering from a burn-out. consultants with a creative brain: we often develop tailor-made programs for our clients and we would appreciate extra hands and brains to develop such creative programs. sales people who are eager to position some of our newly developed products (stress risk analysis; workshops) in the market. We opt for people who are passionate about their job, have a successful track-record and are eager to improve mental resilience in the European workplace. We hope to speak to you soon!
