Budget Greeting Cards

Our business first started out in the late 1970s as a newsagent in Manchester. Continued success eventually resulted in a complete shift of focus for the company, and in 1984 Budget Greeting Cards Ltd was established. Since establishing ourselves as a wholesale business, we have continued to grow rapidly with 9 outlets through the UK and Ireland, and with the formation of BGC Studios to add in-house design to our offering. Most recently we have established a site in Nottingham, with 40,000 sq/ft of floor space. Today, we supply extensive ranges of greetings cards, gift wrap and gift bags at our wholesale branches alongside established publishers. Our success is guided by a firm trade policy which weve developed over 35 years experience and listening to the needs of our customers. We do not own or control any retail outlets. It is not in our policy to compete with our own customers!
