About Bishop Guertin High School Bishop Guertin High School offers a college preparatory program that encourages the "whole person" to develop. It fosters an environment that allows students to discover their emerging identities, to develop their particular gifts and skills and to emerge as well-rounded young men and women. Its focused core-curriculum is strong on the basics, yet always evolving to meet the needs of the times. Creative courses such as Art, Computer Education, Music, Journalism and Creative Writing, plus independent studies in various subjects, help students discover and develop specific talents, while challenging them to college readiness. Annually about 95-98% of Bishop Guertin High School graduating students are accepted to four year colleges throughout the country.
