BHC Ltd. offers a 4 year apprenticeship programme, which was devised by the BCSA (British Constructional Steelwork Association Ltd.). We currently employ around 10 apprentices each year. A day-release programme operates in conjunction with Motherwell Technical College (now known as New College Lanarkshire. Apprentices gain experience of many aspects of the business, thus ensuring flexibility within the workforce. The skills they develop and the education they receive benefit the company, the individual and our clients. Within its workforce, BHC has a group of designated Trainers who train employees in required disciplines and practices within the structure of the company.
