The staff at Billings Fairchild Center is dedicated to providing the best quality of life possible for those who live here. Our Center is a fun place to work and live. We provide training opportunities for our employees, so that you may advance your career and personal growth. Billings Fairchild Center strives to promote a positive work environment. We have an average employee retention of over eight years, and seventeen of our employees have been with us for more than twenty years. Each year we celebrate our own Employee Appreciation Day with events and recognition of our dedicated staff. We also participate in the statewide CNA Appreciation Week, to acknowledge our Certified Nursing Assistants.
