BIM One provides consulting services to help project teams in achieving broader technology integration goals. We focus on the application of technology to improve project performance. We work with project teams to determine the appropriate technology strategy and scope of each deliverable, with the intention of reducing redundancy and rework while maximizing return on investment. Our team has extensive experience in BIM, project management, analysis of the IT environment, parametric modeling and scripting. BIM One also provides integration and coordination of interdisciplinary projects, ensuring that project stakeholders have the knowledge, skills and tools needed to implement highest quality projects. The driving force behind our approach to BIM consultation is the aim of finding a combination of process and technology which will directly support the project objectives. We do this through direct understanding of the needs of the project and stakeholders. The use of BIM One as BIM project coordinator can perform this approach without hassle. The main objective of BIM One's role as BIM coordinator is to enable the implementation of a BIM process consistent across all phases and all participants. BIM One will work with project stakeholders to define the general objectives and according to a coherent BIM strategy. BIM One is then responsible for managing the implementation of this strategy throughout the phases of design and construction. Our BIM managers are active participants at key meetings such as the project kick-off meeting, design "charrettes", workshops with clients, meetings and coordination meetings.
