Biorfarm is a startup that took part in our Food Accelerator with Cisco and that works with agricultural producers to establish itself as an ethical alternative to the current fruit and vegetable supply chain, while protecting Italian biodiversity and ensuring better products. With Biorfarm you can "adopt" a tree directly from the producer and receive the fruits of the harvest at home. Already more than 1,000 people in Italy and the Netherlands use it and have adopted more than 1,500 trees. The capital raised will be used to increase the number of farmers, to start a pilot project in Germany, to define a B2B offer and to expand the team.
