Founder and owner Gregory Parks established BioSeal, LLC in 2003 to provide insulating services for commercial scale, public works and related construction projects. Based in scenic Livingston, Montana, Parks grew BioSeal into the diversified construction company it is today using polyurethane delivery systems. BioSeal employs 9 and is a reliable, respected Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) general contractor, being a 100% Native American owned business. In both design and general contracting capacities, Parks and BioSeal have built a solid reputation by obtaining and successfully completing Public Federal Energy Efficiency Program projects for or municipalities. Thirty years of involvement with general and commercial construction has contributed to the expertise for successfully completing Federal Energy Efficiency Program projects that require electrical, plumbing, mechanical, metal fabrication, framing, window and drywall installation, finish carpentry and painting work. As the owner of BioSeal, Gregory Parks has managed projects valued to 25 million dollars, from the early stages of planning to the finished product. At BioSeal we have ample knowledge of the schedule driven daily activities of construction projects enabling us to appreciate the importance of meeting the demands of any project responsibility. Given BioSeal's progression over the past 11 years, the company now has the wherewithal to manage, organize and direct all aspects of a contracting business involved in Federal Contract Planning Project Management, quality control, sub contractor management and energy efficiency. Involving Consultation, Contract Negotiating, Estimating, Project Financial Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Project Operations, Employee Relations, Insurance and Management, operating a successful contracting business is an all-encompassing endeavor taken seriously at BioSeal. Beyond everyday management of high level construction projects, Mr Parks has delved into research and development by working with foam developer and producer, Urethane Technology Company. By identifying field needs, Greg's efforts have led to the development of two new products and three patent pending products. With an outlook toward positioning BioSeal as a progressive player in the construction industry of the future, Parks has been planning for future market conditions, conducting project feasibility analysis, and participating in professional development activities within the industry to assure continued success.
