Bioss
Bioss provides more than 11.000 different polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies from rabbit, mouse and goat. All antibodies are available conjugated to various fluorescent dyes, HRP, or Biotin. Polyclonal antibodies are able to recognize multiple epitopes on an antigen, making them more tolerant of minor changes in the antigen sequence. Monoclonal antibodies are made to be specific to a single epitope and can provide a stable long term supply when produced by hybridomas in vitro. Bioss offers polyclonal antibodies from rabbit and goat, as well as monoclonal antibodies from mouse - and now also from rabbit. Rabbit monoclonal antibodies show great advantages over mouse monoclonals, like a higher binding affinity, lower background signals in immunohistology and the possibility to provide antibodies against targets not working in mouse.
