Birdsong Construction

Birdsong Construction Company, Inc. (Birdsong) was formed in April 1978 by Nick Birdsong an Edwards, Mississippi native with over 15 years experience in the heavy construction industry. In 1985 Nick teamed up with long time friend and former employer, Joe Cox and began focusing on the residential development market in the central Mississippi area. Through the 1990's, Birdsong continued to thrive in the residential market and in 1995 Jeff Cox joined the company. Birdsong turned their focus towards the commercial construction industry and began performing more projects for owners such as Home Depot, St. Dominics Hospital, Jackson State University and Hinds Community College. Site clearing and grubbing, preparing building pads, and underground site utilities, are just a few of the services that Birdsong provides.
