Founded in 2001, Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) is a global software company at the forefront of simulation and training solutions for defense and civilian organizations. Our mission is to harness the explosive potential of technology to revolutionize training and simulation. With origins in the commercial video game industry, BISim utilizes the latest game-based technology and a large, experienced in-house team of engineers to develop high-fidelity, cost-effective training and simulation software products and components for defense applications. Bohemia Interactive Simulations Defense Virtual Simulation programme is currently employed in classrooms all over the UK, as well as on Unit Based Virtual Training and on SPTA, BATUS and BATUK with Scopic. Thousands of DVS licences have been issued in the UK MOD and are actively supported by BISim. These licences support hundreds of UK MOD training, experimentation and research use cases. BISim's products are used by defense organizations in over 50 countries.
