B'nai Jeshurun Synagogue

We create kehillah not only by performing acts of tikkun olam (repairing the world) but also through our commitment to providing a caring and welcoming atmosphere. You can volunteer to visit a homebound member, serve meals at our lunch program, welcome guests at services, interview members about their life stories, sing with our young members, and so much more. Over one thousand BJ members volunteer every year using talents ranging from cooking meals to leading shiva minyanim, from strategic planning to visiting the sick. Our community is built on the involvement of these active volunteers and are a source of great pride. We offer a great variety of volunteering opportunities to help make this vision a reality.
