BKB Metal

BKB Metal, a joint-stock company, was registered in 1996 as a successor to BKB-Technik, a general commercial partnership founded in 1993. The initial activities of BKB-Technik had been focused on basic engineering and detail engineering for ironworks. Having won a good reputation, BKB-Technik started to be approached by clients from other fields of metallurgy and from other industries. Therefore, BKB Metal was created in 1996 in order to accommodate an extended company structure - blast furnaces, rolling mills, industrial furnaces, mechanical engineering, energy supply & distribution systems and steel structures. Within a few years, BKB Metal won a wide portfolio of clients and the basic/design engineering and project management activities were supplemented with equipment and turnkey deliveries.
